The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle for the US staffing industry and be capable of working independently on direct client and implementation partner requirements.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete US Non-IT recruitment lifecycle.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, X-Ray search, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation and ensure successful onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Basic Qualifications:
1–10 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
Experience working on direct client and implementation partner requirements.
Strong experience recruiting for Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Construction, Finance, Banking, Administrative, Clerical, Supply Chain, Retail, Telecom, Energy, Security Clearance, Government, Light Industrial, and other Non-IT positions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently in the US Night Shift.
Bachelor's Degree preferred; however, relevant experience will also be considered.
