Role: Customer Delight Associate
Languages- Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Bengali or Marathi (English and Hindi is Mandatory)
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via chat & voice support.
Resolve issues related to orders, payments, refunds, and deliveries.
Deliver quick, accurate, and empathetic customer service.

Ability to follow SOPs, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Prior customer support (chat/voice) or CRM experience is preferred.
