About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve queries efficiently, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests within defined TAT.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Ensure first-call resolution wherever possible.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM/system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when required.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
1-6 years of experience in Customer Support, BPO, or Call Centre (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is an advantage).
Good listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and 5.5-day working environment.
