Role & responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, primarily focusing on high-volume hiring for various BPO roles (e.g., Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support Agents, Team Leaders).
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networking sites, employee referrals, and direct calls to build a strong talent pipeline.
Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, attitude, and fit for the BPO environment (e.g., communication clarity, work ethic, flexibility).
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and conduct follow-up as needed.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.
Requirements
Skills:
Strong knowledge of BPO industry hiring needs and recruitment best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interviewing and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various job portals (e.g.,Naukari Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Goal-oriented and able to meet demanding hiring targets and deadlines.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
