We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with experience in both IT and Pharma recruitment
Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Pharma requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Assess candidates based on job requirements and technical/domain skills.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Ensure positions are closed within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Skills Required
Experience in IT and Pharma recruitment.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in Consultancy/Staffing recruitment is preferred.
Experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent hiring is an added advantage.
